Civil Engineering Services |
Our engineering staff provides services to complement our surveying, planning and subdivision staff. The engineering staff is experienced with floodplain studies; storm detention facilities; erosion and sediment pollution control plans; as well as cost estimating and construction supervision.

Our A/E services include steel, masonry and concrete structural design for industrial and commercial buildings along with the related architectural design; rehabilitation and renovation of existing structures; and foundation and retaining wall designing. We also work with clients to obtain Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry building plan approvals including compliance with:

Our staff is supplemented by outside consultants that provide additional expertise in architecture, wetland delineations, environmental liability assessment, sewage modules, on-lot sewage system designs and geologic investigations. |
